Shipping policy

Each dispatch is carefully assembled, documented, and prepared by hand. Initial Shipments will start January 2nd, 2027.

Domestic Shipments

Dispatches are typically mailed during the first week of each month via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Most domestic deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days after mailing.

Address Accuracy

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate mailing information.

The Office of Extraordinary Places is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the subscriber.

If a dispatch is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply before reshipment.

Lost Mail

While we cannot guarantee postal performance, we will work with subscribers whenever possible to resolve delivery issues.
