Cancellation policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account or by contacting The Office of Extraordinary Places.

Monthly Correspondents: Cancellation stops all future recurring charges. Any dispatches already paid for or prepared for shipment will still be fulfilled.

Annual Correspondents: Annual memberships are prepaid and renew automatically once per year. Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal but does not end or refund the current prepaid membership term. Correspondence will continue through the remainder of the paid term.

3-Month Gift Correspondence: Gift memberships are prepaid for three months and do not automatically renew. No cancellation is available.

Charges that have already been processed are subject to the Office of Extraordinary Places' Refund Policy.
